Terms & Conditions apply to ALL guests, and are subject to change without notice and may not be reflected in the content on this page.
The registered guest is responsible for the condition of the site, cottage, camper or house.
No refunds issued for weather conditions.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Two-night minimum stay required for all cottages, rental campers and tiny house.
Three-night minimum stay required for holiday reservations.
Required Deposits - all deposits are non-refundable
50% of total reservation required for deposit on campsite reservation
50% of total reservation required for deposit on cottages, rental campers and tiny house
For Holiday reservations (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day), payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
Check-In and Check-Out
Campsites: Check-in between 1:00 - 9:00pm. Check-out by 12:00pm (noon).
Cottages/Rental Campers/Tiny House: Check-in between 3:00 - 9:00pm. Check-out by 10:00am
Cancel within 14 days of arrival for full refund of deposit.
NO refunds for no-show or for guests who shorten their stay less than 14 days prior to arrival.
NO refunds for Holiday reservations.
Minimum Age Requirements
Registered guests must be 18 years of age or older for a campsite reservation, and 21 years or older for a cottage/rental camper/tiny house reservation.
Beach/Marina Rules - NO WAKE from 7:30pm - 11:00am.
Please do not bring glass, pets or alcohol on the beach. There is no lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The beach is open from 9:00am until dusk. There is no swimming near boat docks and no jumping off of boat docks. There is no fishing off of the swim dock.
We DO NOT allow outside firewood: guests are NOT permitted to bring firewood of ANY TYPE (includes lumber, pallets, building materials) into the campground. Fires are allowed in fire rings ONLY. Please do not place grills on picnic tables. Make sure your fire is out before retiring. DO NOT PUT GARBAGE IN YOUR CAMPFIRE! (plastic, foil, etc.) Please be environmentally responsible.
NO pets on the beach or in cottages, rental campers, tiny house or camp store/office.
Campsites: Dogs are allowed on campsites with prior approval and proof of rabies vaccination. Dogs must be cleaned up after and on a leash at all times. Owners of dogs who bark excessively or become aggressive will be asked to leave the park without a refund. Dogs must NOT be left unattended outside. They may be left alone in your camper if they will NOT disturb your neighbors. Prohibited dog breeds: pit bulls, rottweilers, German shepherds, doberman pinschers. Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet.
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm until 7:00am. Please be respectful of neighboring campers!
Please observe the 10 MPH speed limit throughout the campground. The speed limit on Pickeral Lake Drive is 15MPH. PLEASE do not speed down the hill near the office and road - in cars, bikes or golf carts! No motorized bikes/scooters/cycles allowed in the campground - only golf carts driven by licensed drivers. Proof of insurance and fee required for outside golf carts.
Place garbage in plastic bags and take them to the dumpster behind the pole barn. Any other “dumping” (left by bathhouse or at campsite) will be charged a dumping fee as determined by local ordinance and police department.
Do not climb or attach objects to trees. Cutting trees is prohibited.
Limit of two vehicles per site/cottage/rental camper/tiny house, including any overnight guests (motorhome and tow are considered one).
Golf carts are permitted with an additional fee of $10/day or $50/week and proof of insurance due at check in. Drivers must have a valid license and follow all campground rules.
Side-by-sides, quads, motorbikes and aggressive tires are not permitted.
Visitors must register in the office. The fee is $5.00 per person, per day. Guests must leave the campground by 11:00pm.
Overnight Guests: Occupancy and vehicle counts may not exceed limits with the addition of overnight guests.
